For Pre-Paid Subscriptions
All our subscription packs have specified validity defined based on the number of patients, downloads, and/or duration of subscription. Once purchased, the subscription is non-refundable. In case of exceptional circumstances, a request for transfer or pause of license validity may be considered. Please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
for such requests.
In case we deem the reports as unfit for analysis, we will notify you of the reason for the same. After successful payment, if we are unable to give suggestions, we will inform you of the reason and process a refund. In case of refund, the credit will automatically be applied within 15 working days of processing the refund
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 21 days, we would request you to first check your bank account and statement. You may also check with your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have made the transaction using a credit card, please contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

with transaction details and mode of payment.
